Planar tracking data can also be used on rotoscope shapes. For example, the new planar tracker can be used to replace signs or other flat objects as they move through a scene. It can calculates motion planes for compositing elements into scene believably. Planar TrackingĪ new planar tracker makes its way into Fusion 9. In addition, the new 360º spherical camera renders out complete VR scenes, all in a single pass and without the need for complex camera rigs. This means that you can wear a headset and interact with elements in a VR scene in real time. GPU acceleration makes it extremely fast. The VR workflow in Fusion 9 is completely interactive.
